TIGER NUTS Power Balls!

Here they are folks, Tiger Nuts Power Balls and they were created by our friend Stephanie, of course she used our Supreme Peeled Tiger Nuts and Premium Organic Tiger Nuts Flour,  you can find her at www.uniqueheartbeat.com

Boy these look great don't they?

Here's what Stephanie says about her Tiger Nuts Power Balls:

I love seeing all the power balls out there, so I decided to jump in and create one of my own. My power ball is top 7 free (contains coconut), grain free, cane sugar free but as always not flavor free. My power balls are full of fiber, protein and omega 3s with everything they need and nothing they don't. They are hubby approved and even my 8 year old loved them! They are super simple to make and pretty much mess free since you only use the processor. Give them a try I promise you will not regret it! Enjoy.

Ingredients
Directions
  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor EXCEPT for the cacao nibs and chocolate chips.
  2. Remove S blade and add cacao nibs mixing in with a silicone spatula.
  3. Form balls by using a cookie scoop to get even size balls. (roll them out to make them perfect balls if desired)
  4. *OPTIONAL if you want the chocolate drizzle melt chocolate chips in 10 second intervals in the microwave and drizzle balls!
       ENJOY!

Tiger Nuts Superfood Trail Mix

We asked one of our terrific contributors Stephanie Labile to create a special Tiger Nuts Superfoods Trail Mix, and here is it folks:

The Tiger Nuts Trail Mix is made up of our Supreme Peeled Tiger Nuts, Sunflower Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Coconut Chips, Dried Cranberries, Dried Mulberries, cacao nibs and Hemp Seeds, and boy does that look good enough to eat.

As Stephanie says: Tiger Nuts Trail mix is such a great snack to have on hand, but when you suffer from nut allergies it's hard to find a safe product that isn't full of sugar. I have done all the hard work for you so you can make your own trail mix in the comfort of your home. Tigernuts add the perfect amount of many essential vitamins and minerals, including fiber, starch, vitamin C and E and iron, that will help with your fitness goals for the year.

Here's what it looks like when it's all mixed together!
